POEM: Some Advice From A Muslim Wife To Her Spouse

In the Name of Allah
The Most Gracious The Most Merciful

(MashaAllah) Just sharing a poem I wrote to my husband a few years ago:

A quick poem to my loving hubby,
Some words of advice to love Nomayri,

Love is not just physical but love is caring,
A strong emotion felt by the truly daring,

Who love also for the sake of Allah our God,
Who made us to worship Him without any fraud,

1) Fear Allah and know that God is True,
2) God wants you to be with Him (in Heaven), me and you,

So obey His Laws though some may be hard,
Do what He commands -of good deeds- Sunnah and Fard,

3) Always pray on time, especially the Fajr prayer,
So that your salahs can defend you in the Hereafter,

4) Make sure that your soul is always clean,
Free of things that God hates and which only demean,

5) If you want to pass any exam, big or small,
Study sincerely, the good you've learned -learn them all,

6) Should you miss out on something you've always wanted,
Know that Allah's love is what you should want most granted,

7) If you have God, the opinions of the world don't matter,
Those hated by God may end up as losers,

8) Know that God Allah wants to see you happy,
So if you walk through tough days it's a way to purity,

Purity of your soul, freeing it from every sin,
To guide you to Allah and be more closer to Him,

9) A Du'a: May Allah guide you, baby-Nomayri, to Imaan,
Strong faith and wisdom, and good thoughts of 'you can',

May Allah's curse be on those spies of jinns and jealous men,
Who want us divided, and are found plotting now and then,

Ameen. 10) If I did you any wrong, zawjy-Noma, please forgive,
May Allah grant you a good life that He wants you to live,

May Allah enable you to tell what's right from what is wrong,
May Allah make your heart soft and your Iman more strong,

Ameen. From your wife Mariam who stayed loyal always,
Who mentioned you in her du'as many nights and days.

May you, Dr. Nomayri, be the first and last husband for me if God Allah wills.
Ameen.

Love always for Allah's sake,
Your first wife Mariam Mababaya

POEM: Allah Knows That Things Don't Always Go Your Way

In the Name of Allah
The Most Gracious The Most Merciful

When you pray Istikhaarah and call Allah,
When you cry and wish for a dream to come true,
And you wait and see how it does not happen,
Take note "Allah has something better for you."

So for instance if you added some long lost
Friends on facebook, and they see how you have changed,
Don't be sad if they turned down your request, for
Allah doesn't want you misled by their ways.

If you prayed to God to grant you some "best friends",
And you look around to see none are like you,
Allah may be saving you from backbiting,
Mocking and playing games you should never do.

And know -that Allah is always there with you,
Always with you even before you were born.
Even if the world stays silent or busy,
You have Allah with Whom you're never alone.

So when you pray and plan, Allah also plans.
Allah knows all His slaves and what they deserve.
If some people steal from you or disrespect,
Allah may want the sins you did to be theirs.

When Allah loves some, He guides them to Islam.
Through others sinning against them, they are free -
Of sins done in the past, present and future,
'Till they are welcome in Heaven smilingly.

Thus, smile, don't worry if things don't go your way.
From your sins God Allah may be saving you,
Or Allah may want you all to Himself so
Your wish to be with Him in Firdaus comes true.

Ameen.

May Allah the Most Forgiving forgive us always, accept all our good deeds and join us with His loved ones in Firdaus the uppermost level of Paradise where Allah and His beloved Messenger Muhammad sallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam are. Ameen.

POEM: Don't Listen To The Jealous' Advice Nor Of Those Who Tell Lies

In the Name of Allah
The Most Gracious The Most Merciful

To those atheists who lie each day and night,
As fools you are, don't give such useless advice.
If you're single, you don't know what marriage is -
Fools you are to talk about husbands and wives.

Never give advice if you've no experience,
Don't advise the married if you are single,
Don't even think you're smart if you disbelieve
While taking your ignorance as your idol.

Take advice from God and Prophet Muhammad (sallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam),
And wise words from true Muslims who are sincere,
Who always look at the good and the bad side
Of things before making any judgment clear.

Never take the words of liars seriously -
Don't take advice from those who lie against God.
They'll merely advise to calm their jealousy,
Or hide the obvious - that all they do is fraud.

When to give advice? When you have experience,
When ahead and wish to guide for Allah's sake,
And as a Muslim enjoining what is right,
Believing God is True, as is Judgment Day.

Sharing Wisdom: Three Kinds Of People Whom Allah Lets You Meet

In the Name of Allah
The Most Gracious The Most Merciful

Allah the Almighty knows best. There are three kinds of people whom Allah may cause you to meet: 1) People who are sent to you as lessons, so that you learn from their accomplishments, examples or mistakes. 2) People who serve as tests from Allah or are reflections of yourself -to see how you deal with them, if you help them out, show acceptance, love or hate. 3) People who are given to you as gifts from Allah, as His blessings, who could be among the many means of your guidance to the Straight Way. These include Muslims who teach you about Islam or supplicate for you every night and day. Wasalaam~

POEM: He's Still My Husband Until Allah Takes Him | From His Loyal Wife

In the Name of Allah
The Most Gracious The Most Merciful

www.wallpapersbuzz.com

In the Name of Allah the All-Knowing,
The Most Wise, the Most Just, the All-Seeing,
Did you know that divorce does not take place
Between man and wife who are not willing?

If there are parties outside who envy,
As though they are spies, who try to divide
The man from his woman, who in Islam
Can be wed to up to four noble wives,

There is no divorce if they were just forced,
And to Allah they are still man and wife?
Even if it seems like he has left, I
Won't re-marry so long as he's alive -

He'll be in my dreams each day and each night,
Always in my thoughts, I stay as his wife-
If he was not right then may God bestow
Me with a better spouse in Paradise.

So I despise divorce as Allah does,
And I'm proud of being a loyal spouse -
He can marry up to four, 'tis okay,
While I pray and long for Allah's Firdaus.

My style of love? Love the man whom God gifts you until his death,
Stay loyal for Allah's sake and be the same to husband next,
Or pray that in Firdaus Allah rewards you with what is best,
I believe I'm Allah's gift to my spouse as well as his test,
Understand my choice to stay wed to him, my case I now rest.

Wasalaam~

POEM: Sonnet on Sincerity

In the Name of Allah
The Most Gracious The Most Merciful

What is Sincerity? It is a trait -
Rare yet attainable by those who strive
To do all good deeds just for Allah's sake,
Not for fame, recognition nor self-pride.

It is when educators persevere,
Teaching albeit their income may seem low;
When students are willing to learn and hear
From a teacher who may not fully know -

When a spouse stays married to his partner,
Despite differences or jealous lies;
And when true friends care about each other,
Not seeking favors nor status outside.

Muslims be truthful, for Allah stay true -
The sincere God loves though they may be few.

POEM: Dear Allah Forgive Me For My Sins

In the Name of Allah
The Most Gracious The Most Merciful

Dear Allah, our God, the King of all self-proclaimed 'kings',
The Most Kind, the Most Forgiving of those who forgive,
Your slave stands before You with a multitude of sins,
Begging You for forgiveness while having firm belief.

I believe in the Only One God who can forgive
All of the sins I've done -the major ones and the small.
Dear Allah, I implore You to grant me Your Mercy
And to forgive me for my sins -please pardon them all.

Forgive me for the bad deeds done out of ignorance,
Forgive the sins I did secretly and in public,
Forgive my faults as I am human, all my mistakes,
Every wrongdoing, any joke, offense and gimmick.

Forgive me if any of Your servants I have hurt,
Forgive me for any good deed done incorrectly,
Forgive me too for minor sins I took for granted,
Dear Allah, please forgive me by Your utmost Mercy.

Through the good deeds I strive to do every day and night,
And each time I speak to call You by Your Greatest Names,
I pray that You'll always forgive me 'till I meet You,
Dear Allah, make Firdaus/Heaven our eternal place.
Ameen.

POEM: Sonnet "The Righteous Muslim Wife -Who Is She?"

In the Name of Allah
The Most Gracious The Most Merciful

The righteous wife -who is she? God knows best.
A true Muslim, she works to please Allah,
Your sadness -her worries, your smiles -her rest,
She loves Allah and the Prophet's Sunnah.

Your secrets she keeps, your triumphs she shares,
Your belongings -she takes care of them well,
For loving you truly she has such flair,
All lies about you she buys not nor sells.

Sweet times you've spent with her she saved them all,
Faith and wisdom she loves sharing with you,
By the good things about you she's enthralled,
And willing to forgive you through and through.

Blest are Muslims wed to those who fear God.
Their love is true -not faked nor styled with fraud.

~Wasalaam
Mariam Mababaya

Allah knows best. It was narrated that the noble Messenger Muhammad sallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said: “This world is temporary joys, and the best temporary joy of this world is a righteous wife.” Narrated by Muslim, 1467; Ibn Maajah, 1855, with the wording, “Indeed, this world is no more than temporary joys, and there is no temporary joy of this world that is better than a righteous wife.”
  and

"A righteous wife to help you with your worldly and religious affairs is
the best treasure anyone could have."
(Al-Bayhaqi. Sahih al-Jaami’, 4285)

May Allah the Most Merciful accept all our good deeds and join us with His righteous friends in Firdaus/Heaven near Him and His beloved Messenger Muhammad sallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam. Ameen.

POEM: Just Some Advice From First Wife To Muslim Wives

In the Name of Allah
The Most Gracious The Most Merciful

What was my reaction when I was told that
My dear husband was married to number two?
To add more spice to that true story, many
Said second wife bore him a son sweet and cute.

By Allah's Mercy I did not get jealous,
For I do recall discussing with my spouse -
How it is possible for a Muslim to
Have four wives with all his kids in one large house.

Some advice from a first wife to Muslim wives:
First off, love Allah more than anyone else.
Love the Prophet Muhammad sallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam.
Love Allah even more than you love yourself.

Self-respect is when you submit to God's laws,
Do only what He loves and shun what He hates,
Know that God always knows what is best for you,
And that one's du'as can change anyone's fate.

Trust Allah. Remember that when some mistreat,
Their wrongdoings will return to them someday.
Those who plot against you merely wrong themselves.
As God's friend, don't listen to what His foes say.

If your love is true, stay content with your spouse,
Love your husband fervently for Allah's sake,
Pray for him in his absence, teach him what's right,
Know that he is human, forgive his mistakes.

As his ever loving wife, know what he needs -
Understand what he wants, love him for his faith.
If he neglects -out of weakness of Imaan-
Know that true Justice is served on Judgment Day.

To your husband you are still his special wife,
While to you, he's your husband one and only.
First wives stay loyal, second sweet, third and fourth
Bringers of peace - as his wives, above envy -

You're Muslim, far above greeting jealousy,
Too good and wise to let satan's dream come true -
Among his likes are disunity, envy,
And that in Hell are many sinners not few.

While each one has his own love story and choice,
Each must know that to Allah we'll all return.
Each is created to worship Only God,
While implementing the lessons one has learned.

For Allah's sake I love my spouse 'till he's gone -
Only God knows why I love the way I do.
May Allah's Mercy be shown to us always,
And May His Guidance be given to you too. Ameen.

May Allah the Most Forgiving forgive us always and join us with His loved ones in Firdaus/Heaven near Him and His noble Messenger Muhammad sallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam. Ameen.

POEM: Sonnet "What You Can Do Is Say Your Du'as / When Silence Is Wisdom"

In the Name of Allah
The Most Gracious The Most Merciful

When all sorts of events take place worldwide,
When liars are heard and truthful belied,
When those around you can't be called "true friends",
When truth is overshadowed by pretense,

When the trustworthy are misunderstood,
When most acts of kindness are overlooked,
And the majority adore themselves,
While ignorant of those who cry for help,

And your only means to share assistance
Are your faith, du'as, and your life lessons,
Choose to stay quiet when silence is wise,
Then supplicate to God each day and night.

At times, the best thing one can do is pray -
That Truth prevails not just on Judgment Day.

What goes around comes around.
Include all Muslims in your du'as. May Allah the Most Merciful
also guide the misguided to Him. Ameen.

POEM: Sonnet "Forever, By Allah's Will, His Loyal Wife"

In the Name of Allah
The Most Gracious The Most Merciful

The jealous strive to share their jealousy,
And refuse to know that I loathe Envy.
The images they portray prove that they
Excel at nothing but at loving hate.

'Till now they can't understand that I still
Love my spouse, for Allah's sake, by His Will.
I choose to stay wedded to him, for good,
Albeit to some, he looks misunderstood.

I'm proud to be his wife for who I am.
For Allah's sake who truly understands
Our stories and my personality -
First wife: loving, loyal and trustworthy.

From now on, no exploring certain sites
Where jealous dolts can only dream of lies.

May Allah the Most Merciful forgive all our sins and guide us to His Love and Mercy. Ameen.

Wisdom Islamic School: Valedictorian Speech/Address/Poem | WISHES Graduation And Recognition Ceremony 2014-2015

In the Name of Allah
The Most Gracious The Most Merciful

Presented by one of my students Norminda Barauntong Class of 2015 (MashaAllah)
May Allah grant her and her family success in both worlds
and join them with Allah's friends in Heaven/Firdaus. Ameen.

As-Salaamu ‘alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh!

SubhanAllah –Glory be to Allah,
How time flies so fast, by His permission.
Alhamdulillah –All Praise is for Allah,
For all His blessings and every good lesson.

It is Allah’s Will that we are here today,
Allah’s Will too that some could not join us,
Yet beloved Muslims, always keep in mind
That Allah owns everything, Him we should trust.

Today, for some graduates, may seem like the end,
Of high school, middle school and kindergarten -
But know that the journey to God still goes on -
We keep traveling to God ‘till we meet Him.

Many memories we have at WISHES School,
Like that time we volunteered at the canteen,
Helping out, learning how to be great leaders,
Laughing with friends, school trips, and fun times we’d clean.

What I do love about our WISHES school is
Every moment when we’d learn about Islam,
Each step to the masjid, the Friday Khutbahs,
And each letter said from the Glorious Qur’an.

Many life lessons too we’ve learned from WISHES,
Some of them –for Allah’s sake, I’ll share right now:
Success is not reached in one go –just like that.
It’s one step at a time –art of why’s and how’s.

Being leaders does not mean “be superior”,
For each of us has a potential to lead -
We lead when we remind others for prayer,
And when we try to help those who are in need.

Friends –there are two kinds: The true friends and the fake.
True friends are honest, try their best to stay true,
Fulfill their promises, understand your flaws,
And for God’s sake are willing to stand by you.

Fake friends on the other hand –God knows them well.
Allah knows about the wrongs they strive to hide,
False oaths and statements claimed out of jealousy -
May Allah forgive all, and them may God guide. [Ameen]

More life lessons: Time, by Allah’s Will, flies fast;
We all recall our first days of starting school.
After the first months came Ramadan, then Hajj,
Then this special day where I stand before you.

Note that this event is not as grand as that
Day will be, when all must stand before Allah,
Waiting for their records, wishing to be of
The fortunate Muslims to be near Allah.

May Allah, the Almighty, the Merciful,
Make us among His Muslim friends who’ll succeed
In both worlds, and in earning Allah’s Pleasure.
May Allah love us and fulfill our good dreams. [Ameen]

May Allah bless the knowledge we have learned at
WISHES, and college courses we wish to take.
May Allah bless future doctors, pharmacists,
Imams, teachers, engineers, accountants, and
Those who wish to marry at an early age.

May Allah, our True Friend, always be with us,
May Allah guide us to do only what’s right.
May Allah reunite us with our loved ones
In Firdaus/Heaven, and meet Allah with smiles. [Ameen]

On behalf of every graduate today,
And students who are not yet graduating,
We thank Allah first and foremost for His gifts,
Then our parents and teachers for educating.

This world is temporal; life is not just games.
Life is a journey of finding the right way,
The Right Way to Allah while being patient
Through good times and bad times which all servants face.

Dear Muslim friends, as graduates of WISHES,
Love and share what you’ve learned, represent Islam,
Be kind and just with all of God’s creation,
Stick to the Sunnah, be a walking Qur’an.
SubhaanakAllahumma wa Bihamdika wa Tabaarakasmuka wa Ta’aala Jadduka wa Laa ilaaha illaa Gharuka.

Wa As-Salaamu ‘alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh.
