The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
For every belonging that they stole from you,
For each product they charged at an unfair price,
For each time they laughed at you or did backbite,
For their tyranny or for being unkind,
For plots made against you and for every lie,
Sins you may have done in the past are theirs now,
If good deeds they have, their good deeds you acquire.
It may be destined that you pray against them,
So your du'as are answered at the best time.
Don't think that they can get away with their crimes,
Know that Allah is the All-Knowing, Most Just.
Whether Muslim or not, Allah always hears,
Religious or not, God knows His servants' cries,
When His slaves beseech Him and call upon Him,
Allah the Almighty knows when to respond.
He'll respond to you though it may take some time.
Allah hates wrongdoing and is the Most Wise.

Islamic Q&A: Allah may also respond to the du'as of sinners/unbelievers
for as long as they are mistreated/oppressed. God Allah hates injustice and tyranny.
This is evidence that true Muslims should
stay away from wronging any of His creation whether Muslim or not.
Note: There is a difference between being a bully
and avoiding someone who is a bad influence.
A Muslim should love for Allah's sake and hate for Allah's sake.
