SONNET: The True Good Wife

In The Name Of Allah
The Most Gracious The Most Merciful

The jealous admit that she's the best wife,
While loved ones admire her noble good traits -
Of faith, loyalty, just doing what's right,
And love so true - flourishing day by day.

Her husband - she forgives and understands.
Loving, she cares for him despite his flaws.
Though she's his first wife, he's her only man.
A gift from God, this wife is light and gloss.

Far or near, they're close - more so in their dreams.
Blessed indeed are men wed to righteous wives,
Whose joys are seen when God is with them pleased
Through belief and obedience day and night.

It's a Mercy from Allah that He guides
A Muslim to marry a true, good wife.
