POEM: The Most Noble To Allah The Almighty

In The Name Of Allah
The Most Gracious The Most Merciful

Notes to self and reminders to share, for Allah's sake:
Your worth is not proven in having a pretty face,
Long nose, pouty lips, high cheekbones, not your height nor weight.
Your skin tone and country too don't differentiate.
All humans are Allah's servants regardless of race.

To Allah, janitors and CEOs are the same.
Whatever one's job is, each being is Allah's slave,
With strengths, limits and responsibilities to take.
To Allah the most noble are those with the right faith,
Who exceed others in morals, and do good always.

Being rich is nothing unless your wealth brings goodness,
Guides you to love charity and treat all with kindness.
If it makes you more helpful, your intellect is blessed.
If they keep you grateful while you don't forget the rest,
Allah's gifts to you can lead to spiritual success.

You're not better than such and such if you lack manners.
Never feel inferior to any unbeliever.
What measure one's value are faith and good character.
As Muslims, compete for Allah's Love and together.
To have Taqwa while trusting Allah is what matters.

Allah the Almighty said: "O' mankind, indeed We have created you from male and female and made you nations and tribes so that you may know one another [not to despise each other]. Indeed, the most noble of you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous of you. Indeed, Allah is the All-Knowing and Most Acquainted with all things." [Qur'an 49:13]

May Allah Almighty make us among His righteous friends whom He will welcome in Jannatul Firdaus near Him and His beloved Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam. Ameen.

POEM: On The Muslim Ummah's State

In the Name of Allah
The Most Gracious The Most Merciful

Say “HasbunAllah wa Ni’m Al-Wakeel”, Allah knows
All events that take place and mishaps caused by His foes.
Allah saw what happened in Syria and Palestine,
Rohingya, Burma, Iraq – to all innocent lives.

Negative news of Muslims may be a wake-up call,
For all Muslims to unite as oppression befalls,
A search for peaceful warriors who’ll stand by the oppressed,
Through charity and speaking out against injustice.

To criminals: “What goes around comes around” please note,
If justice is not served on earth then in the next world.
Don’t do unto others what you don’t want done to you.
Peace can be achieved though we vary in what we do.

To oppressors: Don’t let your pride get the best of you.
Evil has its consequences. God’s Justice is True.
It’s possible to attain peace without greed and wars,
If you listen to all sides, support truth, not liars.

To Muslims: Forgive each other, show Islam is peace,
Practice what you preach, share your knowledge out of mercy.
Through certain trials Allah takes martyrs, sins fall off,
Islam promoted, Muslims tested on faith and love.

To non-Muslims: Please study Islam. Don’t just assume.
As Muslims, we’re discouraged from violence and feuds.
We’re taught to teach Islam kindly, not spread it by force,
To make things easy through good manners, not make things worse.

May Allah accept our faith that God is Only One,
Who witnessed all that took place, what has been said and done,
May Allah welcome us in Jannah for our good deeds,
And may Allah prove all that Islam is Peace. Ameen.

May Allah the Most Merciful accept all our good deeds, forgive all our wrongdoings, answer our du'as and reunite us with our Muslim loved ones in the uppermost level of Heaven Jannatul Firdaus next to Him and His beloved Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu alaihi wa sallam. Allahumma Innaka 'Afuwwun Kareemun tuhibbul 'afwa fa'fu 'annaa. Ameen.

POEM: These Tears That Fall May They Intercede

    In the Name of Allah
The Most Gracious The Most Merciful

‘Allahu Akbar’ state these tears that fall,
These tears that drizzle when to God I call,
Talk to Allah with various emotions,
      Du’as depend on each situation.
      ~.~
Tears that fall as I miss my dear parents,
When I miss my husband, loved ones and friends,
Remorseful of good deeds I neglected,
By the Ummah’s current state dejected,
      ~.~
I cry when I long to help but just can’t,
When to Allah I return and repent,
Seeking Allah’s Guidance, Love and Mercy,
      Mentioning Muslims in prayers daily.
      ~.~
These tears fall too when sinners I pity,
How they can afford to steal or mistreat,
When Allah Almighty knows what they do,
Knowing Allah’s Justice is swift and true.
      ~.~
May Allah Most High forgive us always,
Accept all our good deeds done for His sake,
Make our tears among those that intercede
To let us meet God in Jannah. Ameen.
      ~.~

May Allah the Most Merciful accept all our good deeds, forgive all our wrongdoings, answer our du'as and reunite us with our Muslim loved ones in the uppermost level of Heaven Jannatul Firdaus next to Him and His beloved Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu alaihi wa sallam. Allahumma Innaka 'Afuwwun Kareemun tuhibbul 'afwa fa'fu 'annaa. Ameen.

SONNET: Allah Sees What Tyrants Do

      In the Name of Allah
The Most Gracious The Most Merciful

Allahu Akbar. Allah knows all things.
Allah sees each one and knows how each thinks.
Don’t fret over why evildoers sin,
To Hell those vile folks may have been destined.
      ~.~
Allah knows liars when they trick and lie,
How snakes try to separate man and wife,
Why hypocrites pretend, whom fakes misguide,
And where the ungrateful will soon abide.
      ~.~
Allah sees all tyrants, those who deceive,
Those who break promises, steal and mistreat,
Who try to take people’s lands unjustly,
Who from them may change ways eventually.
      ~.~
Recall Fir’awn and what happened to him.
Shaytan vowed his followers should not win.

All will Inn-sha-Allah receive their rewards justly if not in this world then on Judgment Day~

SONNET: Maintaining Family Relations

      In The Name Of Allah
The Most Gracious The Most Merciful

      Alhamdulillah from my father's side
Are cousins and aunties I can talk to.
We may not see each other day and night,
But in my du'as their names I include.
      ______________________
Now from the side of my dearest mother -
The relatives I'm in touch with are few.
Some live far but to connect don't bother.
Maternal cousin friends - not even two.
      ______________________
Though we may be in different cities,
Whether you're on my mom's or father's side,
I'd still say salaam, with you be friendly,
And if necessary you I'd invite.

      Allah the Almighty knows best.

Note: Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam taught us that God Allah is pleased with those believers who maintain family ties while He is displeased with those who cut off family relations, especially out of being too arrogant to forgive or admit one's faults. Allah will Insha-Allah question that woman who neglected her aging mother and father, that man who deleted his relatives' contacts wanting to have nothing to do with them, those youth who refused to help their cousins or siblings when they were able to, and those members of a family who on coming across each other's paths look away and don't even exchange a simple yet rewarding salaam. Maintain family ties even if you try to visit each other once a month, send a friendly message or call them asking how they are doing. Insha-Allah you will be rewarded for trying your best to obey Allah's Command in taking care of your relatives out of mercy for Allah's sake.

May Allah the Most Merciful accept all our good deeds, forgive all our wrongdoings, answer our du'as and reunite us with our Muslim loved ones in Jannatul Firdaus next to Him and His beloved Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu alaihi wa sallam. ISLAMIC NOTES: Sonnet On Why I Still Love My Only Spouse And 3 Tips On Maintaining Your Love For Someone

      In The Name Of Allah
The Most Gracious The Most Merciful

To the man whom Allah gave me to guide,
The only guy I can take as my spouse:
From your wife your feelings you cannot hide,
When you're hurt, amused, worried, or aroused.

With Allah's Mercy I understand you,
I know some of your acts may be enforced,
So for Allah's sake I'll always love you,
Love's doors to forgive you I will not close.

God is our Witness to our marriage true.
      Why I still love you Allah rightly knows;
He knows I understand all that you do.
On Judgment Day all truths will be exposed.

May Allah forgive you dear Nomayri,
And bless our marriage, and my loyalty.
      Ameen.

      Note:
Tips on how not to hate someone you're obliged to love:

1] Understand your relations with this person. Who are you to them and they to you? In what way are they of value? When it comes to marriage, one spouse should at least be in the upper hand of being willing to forgive while avoiding bad traits such as arrogance and ingratitude.
      ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
2] If you want to love this person still, remember all the good times you've had together, their favors done to you, and appreciate the sweet memories of you two, or recall the many common likes you both share.
What pleasant qualities do they have which you can't help but admire? Can you count the times they made you laugh or smile?
      ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
3] You can love a Muslim for Allah's sake if the benefits of being close friends with them outweigh whatever mistake they may have done. Know that all actions will inshaAllah be rewarded according to their actual intentions and motive.
      ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
May Allah the Most Merciful always forgive us, accept all our good deeds, guide us to all that He loves, and reunite us with our Muslim loved ones in
Jannatul Firdaus near Him and His noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam. Ameen.

SONNET: The Science Of Loving Your Husband

      In The Name Of Allah
The Most Gracious The Most Merciful

Love your husband for Allah sincerely,
And take this duty as his wife with love -
What you like about him Allah can see,
He's your soul mate you oft think and dream of.

You know him like the name God chose for you,
You sense the feelings at times he conceals,
You understand his speech, silence, each move,
And the love between you stays truly real.

Because you love him, to you he appeals -
His jokes make you laugh and joys you can share -
With God Allah you've signed a noble deal
To stay loyal to your man far and near.

Love for Allah's sake invites bliss and peace,
While pretentious love gives up easily.

What may cause you to love someone?
You may love someone because they are family or it is your job to love them for Allah only, when in some ways you fill each other's gaps in life or sometimes help fulfil one another's needs, or when you both understand each other so well because of many shared experiences and similarities, or you love them still because you appreciate their good deeds, favours and sweet memories.

      Allah the Almighty knows best.

May Allah the Most Merciful accept all our good deeds, forgive all our wrongdoings, answer our du'as and reunite us with our Muslim loved ones in Jannatul Firdaus next to Him and His beloved Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu alaihi wa sallam. Allahumma Innaka 'Afuwwun Kareemun tuhibbul 'afwa fa'fu 'annaa. Ameen.

Remember all Muslims in your du'as :)

ISLAMIC NOTES: Sharing Some Reminders Learned In Ramadan

      In The Name Of Allah
The Most Gracious The Most Merciful

Some Reminders In The Noble Month Of Ramadan

      R:
Race with one another in doing good deeds,
Do good to please Allah with sincerity.
These lead to Heaven: faith, morals, right belief.

      A:
Analyse yourself before you will be asked.
Good intentions for Allah simplify tasks.
Allah is always near, hearing your du'as.

      M:
Manage time wisely, focusing on Allah.
Love and strive to be like dear RasulAllah (SallAllahu alaihi wa sallam).
Wherever you are adhere to his Sunnah.

      A:
Amend and reform with sincere repentance.
Share what you can give when you're in abundance.
Talk with wisdom and with wisdom choose silence.

      D:
Dreams are nothing without motive and actions.
Don't mind the rude and those full of assumptions,
They know with resentment you're better than them.

      A:
Apologize to Allah and to His slaves,
Do what you can do before comes Judgement Day.
The humble accept the Truth and find God's Way.

      N:
      Never underestimate Allah's Mercy,
The power of du'a and speech said rightly.
Jannah is our true home of eternal ease.

Some Good deeds menstruating sisters can still do in Ramadan: say your du'as and have sincere talks with Allah Who will InshaAllah answer a Muslim's du'a in a way that He knows is best, attend Islamic seminars or seek beneficial knowledge through reading or watching Islamic videos and lectures, share useful links to online Islamic articles or websites, help in cooking or feed fasting Muslims, babysit kids whose parents are praying especially in Taraweeh and Tahajjud prayers, give old clothes and other surplus things to those who may need them, learn more about Arabic so you understand the Glorious Qur'an more and read books on tafseer or Ahadith sayings of the Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam and continue reading from the Noble Qur'an with gloves on to complete reading the whole Qur'an in Ramadan at least once for Allah's sake.

May Allah the Most Merciful accept all our good deeds and fasting, May Allah the Most Forgiving forgive all our sins and May Allah the Most Loving reunite us with His righteous friends in Jannatul Firdaus near Him and His noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam. Allahumma Innaka 'Afuwun tuhhebul 'afwa fa'fu 'annaa. Ameen.

SONNET: The Love Of A Loyal Wife

      In The Name Of Allah
The Most Gracious The Most Merciful

The Love Of A Loyal Wife:
She married him purely for Allah's sake,
With sincere intentions to do her best
In being his gift who loves him always -
His wife and friend who wants all his needs met.

Even though he's imperfect she recalls
Every good thing and memory of him.
By his positive side she's still enthralled,
And of his human flaws she's forgiving.

If ever he neglects in any way,
She takes note of how Allah is Watching.
What keep her going are love, patience, faith
And her wish to meet Allah in Heaven.

A loyal wife is a gem worth keeping,
Her love remains though to some he's nothing.

Three lessons I've learned this Ramadan:
      1. Anything done sincerely to please Allah becomes easier and blessed. 2. Sharing what you can share without expecting anything in return except for Allah's pleasure and rewards gives you a nice feeling that InshaAllah you have done another good deed that will InshaAllah be among many means of being welcome in Jannah Paradise. 3. Forgiving a Muslim for Allah's sake while understanding that Allah deals with all justly is better than being awkwardly aloof and arrogant. Allah hates those servants who behave arrogantly unworthily.

May Allah the Most Merciful accept all our good deeds and fasting, and may Allah the Most Forgiving forgive all our sins and reunite us with our Muslim loved ones in Jannatul Firdaus near Him and His noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu alaihi wa sallam. Allahumma Innaka 'Afuwwun tuhibbul 'afwa fa'fu 'annaa. Ameen.

SONNET: Genuine Love Of A First Wife

      In The Name Of Allah
The Most Gracious The Most Merciful

My loving you dear husband Nomayri
Is unconditional, true and sincere -
A love so faithful, for Allah only,
I'm your first wife - loving you far or near.

Your work and weaknesses I understand,
Your busyness and tears I also know,
Your flaws at times are like a helpless man
On wheelchair yet my love for you still glows.

Such is loyalty - a gem so divine,
From your first who lets you wed up to four.
Thank you for sweet memories, good old times,
Lessons you taught like cooking, and much more.

Disregard lies the jealous say, and know -
On Judgement Day, truth and justice are shown.

"Marriage is not a joke to be played with or taken for granted. Marriage is a duty and beautiful unison of husband and wife, embarking on a journey to God Allah while learning from one another lessons to be shared with others. Marriage is a responsibility which Allah may question you about on the Day of Judgement."

      Allah the Almighty knows best.

May Allah the Most Merciful forgive all our sins, accept all our good deeds and reunite us with our Muslim loved ones in Jannatul Firdaus near Allah and His noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam. Ameen.

SONNET: My Only Husband May Marry Up To Four And It's Okay

      In The Name Of Allah
The Most Gracious The Most Merciful

Allahu A'lam. In a world where truth
Is rarely found and lies are prominent,
Where the sincere and truthful are but few,
I'm pleased with you as my spouse, dear husband.

Though with the fakes I mirror their bad traits
Or at times I avoid them when it's best,
I choose to remain loyal night and day,
With loyalty far beyond east and west.

No need to prove that you love me, I know
And feel the language of your tears and thoughts,
Through dreams and memories your love is shown,
You're my only spouse whom I oft think of.

Wed third or fourth, with Allah's Will I pray
To meet Allah smiling near Heaven's gates.

May Allah the Most Merciful forgive all our sins, accept all our good deeds, answer all our good du'as and reunite us with our Muslim loved ones in Jannatul Firdaus near Him and His noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam. Ameen.

Note: Fast more Sunnah fasts in the month of Sha'baan before the noble month of Ramadan, with wisdom speak and be silent, while remembering all
Muslims in your good du'as :)

SONNET: We Know What It Means To Be Loyal :)

      In The Name Of Allah
The Most Gracious The Most Merciful

Four wives or three, or even two, he's blessed -
That man who knows well the Prophet's Sunnah,
Whose marriages were by Allah witnessed,
Whose love is vast for the sake of Allah.

Each wife's love is unique yet real and strong,
Each one loving, faithful and forgiving,
Longing to have Heaven where they belong,
      In Allah Almighty truly trusting.

"Allah is the One Whom I live to please,
Don't need fellow servants to validate,
Forget false remarks of those who envy,
Ignore shaytan and what his puppets say."

Each wife blessed with loyalty understands
Her special role, gifts, and her only man.

Among the best treasures a wife gives her husband besides her faith, Islamic knowledge and wisdom, is her loyalty
and loving him for Allah's sake unconditionally :)

L: Love truly, unconditionally for Allah's sake.
O: Overlook and forgive your lover's flaws and mistakes.
Y: You are each other's gifts, lessons, map and loving light.
A: Appreciate both speech and silence, trust day and night.
L: Leave fakes and liars, their loud jealousy recognize.

May Allah Almighty make us among His righteous friends whom He will welcome in Jannatul Firdaus near Him and His beloved Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam. Ameen.

SONNET: Because Of Allah's Gift She Loves Him

      In The Name Of Allah
The Most Gracious The Most Merciful

      Allah Almighty knows best.
Among the best joys of a man is the righteous Muslim wife:

When some are amazed by how this wife loves,
By how she loves him though he's wed to three -
That he's her trust from Allah is enough
      To let her love unconditionally.

She loves him too because she knows truly
What her husband goes through and knows his flaws.
Her loving him is both gift and duty,
Even though he is not admired by all.

Because of Allah's gifts - faith and knowledge,
This righteous friend still remains as his wife -
Away from being jealous and selfish,
Always loyal, missing him day and night.

She cares not about what onlookers say,
And knows her love is just for Allah's sake.

May Allah the Most Merciful forgive us always, accept all our good deeds, and join us with His righteous friends in Jannatul Firdaus near Him and His noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam. Ameen <3

To be righteous is to be close to Allah Almighty. To be close to Allah is to know more about Him, to love him truly, worship Him willingly, obey Him faithfully and love all those whom He loves especially His beloved Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam, who was sent to all as a mercy. While continuously learning about Islam, avoid what the ignorant folks say about those whom you love especially when they lie about Allah, His Prophets, your loved ones and fellow believers. Remember it's better to spend quality time with Allah than on certain social networking sites where some mistreat you online out of genuine envy.

Who is the rightoeus Muslim wife? She is that wife who...
      Realizes your worth and remembers
Includes you in her du'as always
Gives and shows love for Allah's sake
Helps you especially in terms of faith
Talks to you with truth and wisdom
Eagerly likes to see you smile
      Overestimates your acts of goodness
      Understands your flaws and forgives
Shares her joys and loves you in a special way

When supplicating to Allah include all Muslims in your du'as :)

SONNET: On How To Be His Loyal Wife + Tips On Loyalty

      In The Name Of Allah
The Most Gracious The Most Merciful

So this is how I prove my loyalty
To my husband whom Allah chose for me:
His good acts I appreciate truly,
Along with our cherished sweet memories.

His flaws I ignore, though him I still guide -
Near or far keep dreaming he's at my side -
He's my dear spouse, while I'm his loyal wife -
Special - though to many not Mister Right.

I'll love him 'till Allah takes him away,
Remain rightly in love for Allah's sake,
Mention him in my du'as night and day,
Open doors of forgiveness, give him space,

And despite better choices I may like,
For Allah I stay as his loyal wife.

      Wasalaam~
      Mariam M. <3 Nomayri AbdulWahab

On staying loyal for Allah's sake:
1] Love your other half for Allah since the time you were engaged.
2] Be grateful for good things he/she has done to you, even if they may be few.
3] Don't count the times your spouse was sweet. Instead enjoy recalling sweet memories. 4] Even if your husband/wife has traits you do not like, they still have many positive qualities. 5] Never compare your love life to that of others, for each love story like yours is unique.
6] Remember your husband/wife in your du'as every night and day.
7] For their forgiveness and guidance to Allah pray.
8] Divorce is allowed but it is something which Allah so hates.
9] Give your husband/wife excuses and be that good to forgive their mistakes.
10] Lies, truth and justice will inshaAllah be revealed on Judgment Day.
11] About your spouse, whom you know well, never trust what the jealous say.

May Allah the Most Forgiving forgive us always. Ameen.

POEM: The Adult Orphan Cries Too

      In The Name Of Allah
The Most Gracious The Most Merciful

On behalf of dear Muslims whose parents died,
Who lost a parent, their mom, their dad, or two –
As well as those who never saw their parents,
With truth I say, ‘The adult orphan cries too.’

Not a day goes by without me recalling
Sweet memories of my life spent with my folks.
Each time I speak to Allah I remember
My parents, and warm tears would begin to flow.

I miss the great dishes my dear Mom would cook,
And clothes she creatively sew now and then.
I miss my Dad’s speeches and wise advice, and
His wonderful car drives. I miss both of them.

Delivering their food as they reached old age,
Washing their clothes when I could – I miss that too.
I miss obeying them whilst they were alive,
Exchanging hugs, and telling them, “I love you.”

Allah took them by His Mercy, they’re gone now
But in my thoughts and du’as they’ll always stay.
To continue loving them: I’ll share their words,

Do charity, when I can, on their behalf,
And treat well their relatives and friends they love.
Always I’ll supplicate for my dear parents
‘Till we meet again, next to Allah above.

I’ve learned how to sympathize with orphans more,
Ever since my loving parents passed away.
Tears of various feelings flow more than before,
With Allah’s Kindness, to have all sins erased.

Why do most good people struggle? One might ask.
One must take note that life is all kinds of tests.
Some problems train patience, others teach lessons,
And most lead to repentance or humbleness.

True peace and happiness are found in Heaven,
For Allah’s friends who worship Him sincerely.
Be with those whom Allah loves. Stick to Islam,
Though the believers may not be that many.

To those whose folks are living – you are lucky,
And those with one parent, you’re fortunate too.
Take care of them, help them do good deeds, give them
More love, before Allah Wills that they leave you.

May Allah Almighty forgive all our sins,
Accept all our good deeds, and reunite us –
May Allah unite us with our loved ones in
Jannatul Firdaus, amongst friends Allah loves.
      Ameen.

POEM: Make Your Husband Grateful For A Great Wife

      In The Name Of Allah
The Most Gracious The Most Merciful

It was narrated that Allah's Noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "If a woman offers her five daily prayers, fasts her month (Ramadan), guards her modesty and obeys her husband, it will be said to her: Enter Paradise from whichever of the Gates of Paradise you wish.”
      Al-Albaani in Takhreej Al-Mishkaat (3254 IslamQA)

To sisters in Islam I've spoken to,
Who cried to me about their husbands' faults,
Wondering why and how my love stays true -
How I love my husband despite his flaws:

Since my engagement, loyalty I knew -
From our blissful marriage, love developed.
Thankful for my man's gifts, though they seem few.
As his other half, him I understood.

Pleased with whom Allah gave me as a trust,
We need not pretentiousness to show love -
That Allah blessed our marriage 'tis enough,
Allah is Witness to our special bond.

Marriage is a pact between man and wife,
Where one or both perfect each other's life.
Though he's not flawless, like no being is,
For Allah I love him, so I forgive.

Divorce: despicable, loved by God's foes -
Avoid all things that make the jealous smile.
Be his gem and lantern who shines and glows,
Make your husband grateful for a great wife.

Love your husband from the time you're his wife until Allah takes him away. For your next spouse, be loyal likewise and do the same. Otherwise, wait until you reunite with your spouse in Heaven or there have him replaced by a better reward from Allah for taking care of your marriage for Allah's sake :) Whatever is the case, don't leave the one you promised to love,
even if it's allowed, divorce is something which Allah hates.

      Allah Almighty knows best.

POEM: Three Types Of Strangers We Remember

      In The Name Of Allah
The Most Gracious The Most Merciful

There are three groups of strangers we meet in life,
Strangers whose actions we strangely remember -
From the memories we still recall of them
Are useful lessons and wisdom to gather:

The first of these groups consists of wrongdoers,
Whose wrongs may invite you to pray against them.
Their rude acts or remarks you know to this day,
With vile people like them you would not be friends.

From this team I recall one Southeast Asian
Immodest lady staring, with a grimace,
At my beloved Mom and I in niqaab,
Who both saw her scowl yet with grace walked away.

The second set of strangers is of sweet folks,
Whose names you don't know, but whose good acts you do -
Like that friendly flight attendant, salespersons,
Or that kind British bellboy who greeted you.

From this I recall that nice man on wheelchair,
Who gave my loved ones and I much of his food -
In Makkah, at some hotel - for him I pray
That Allah makes his wish for Heaven come true.

The third type of strangers are those we once knew,
Who used to be friends but chose another way.
Whether they lost contact or cannot forgive,
Most of their doings we recall to this day.

What we can learn from here is to watch our deeds,
And remember to deal with strangers fairly.
For Allah, maintain good manners, and your acts
Serve as lessons to some, not just memories.

May Allah the Most Merciful forgive all our sins,
accept all our good deeds, join us with our Muslim loved ones in Jannatul Firdaus near Him and His Prophets especially His noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam. Ameen.

Include us and all Muslims in your good du'as :)
